1. Orders and Payments

• All orders require a 100% payment to begin processing.
• Payments must be made via accepted payment methods as listed on our website.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
• Any changes to orders must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Installation and Delivery

• Installation and delivery dates are estimated and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure the installation area is ready before the scheduled date.
• Additional fees may apply if installation is delayed due to site conditions.

4. Warranty and Liability

• We offer a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications void the warranty.
• We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation by a third party.
• Claims must be submitted within the warranty period with supporting documentation.

5. User Conduct

• Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders.
• Misuse of our website, including fraudulent transactions, will result in legal action.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
